A TabletPOS product family

More of the service
happens on screen.

From the first tap at the kiosk to the last ticket out of the kitchen, TabletPLUS keeps your whole team looking at the same story.

Designed around the moments a hospitality team needs to see clearly, before the next decision has to be made.

The product family

One mark. Three screens.

A shared visual language

Each screen has its own job and its own colour. They are drawn from the same four squares, so the hand-off from one to the next feels like one service, not three systems.

From first tap to last ticket

Every order tells a story. Now everyone can read it.

In the kitchen · Available now

PLUS KDS

Orders come into view as they arrive, so your team sees what needs attention first.

At the counter · Coming soon

PLUS Kiosk

Customers browse, choose and order at their own pace, in your brand and from your menu.

On the wall · Planned

PLUS Boards

Put your menu in view, so customers know what they want before they reach the till.

PLUS KDS

A clearer view of the kitchen.

Bring kitchen orders into view, so your team can see what needs attention.

Give each prep area its own screen.

Screens for each prep area
A config is a named set of screen settings, like Grill or Pass. Give each prep area the one it needs.
Late tickets stand out
Choose how many minutes a ticket can wait before it shows a warning, and before it turns critical.
Reload from the console
Reload every kitchen screen at a site in one go, and each one picks up the settings you just saved.

PLUS KioskComing soon

A clear path from choice to order.

Self-service ordering in your brand and from your menu. The kiosk runs on a server at your site and sends orders to SallyPOS. It is still being tested.

Customers order on screen and pay at the counter.

Your brand leads
Your logo and colours, with a choice of fonts and corner styles, light or dark. Make the welcome screen yours with a heading, words and picture.
Dine in or take away
Offer either or both. Customers choose their table by area or enter a table marker number. An idle kiosk asks “Still there?” before starting again.
Your menu on the kiosk
Choose the names, descriptions, photos and item order the kiosk shows for your SallyPOS menu. Highlight favourites, hide items or mark them sold out. Show allergen and dietary labels where your POS provides them.
Suggestions that add up
Suggest extras when an item is added or at order review, and offer to make it a meal. Each item sells at its own price, with the extra cost worked out for you.
Behind the screens: schedules, orders and tablet management
Schedules and specials
Schedule categories for breakfast, lunch or evening in your site’s own time. Set timed specials, which TabletPOS switches on for your site and checks against your POS.
Straight to the POS
Orders go to SallyPOS for payment at the counter. The kiosk checks prices again before it sends an order, and confirms an order only once the POS has it. If it can’t confirm one, it sends the customer to the counter.
Live when you say so
Start in Trial mode, with orders marked as trials at the POS. TabletPOS or the site’s reseller turns Trial mode off when you are ready to go live. Press Reload kiosk screens to put your changes on the kiosk: each one reloads when it is next on its welcome screen, so an order in progress is not interrupted.
Every tablet accounted for
Connect each tablet with a six-digit connection code, and remove a tablet when you need to. See the kiosk’s status and today’s order count on the Kiosk page, and recent orders in Kiosk reports.

The console

More service. Less juggling.

Manage your screens from one console, at one site or many.

  1. Every site and every person in one place.

See your sites and kiosk tablets, and who has access to each.

  2. Make room for your team.

Invite your team and choose what each person can see and change.

  3. Stay close from anywhere.

Open the console in a browser to see when the servers that run your kitchen screens and kiosks last checked in, and to change settings at any of your sites.

  4. Find your service rhythm.

KDS reports show how long orders take to prepare, hour by hour, and how many go out on time.

Built around the shift

The same visual language, wherever the order goes next.

The shared mark does not make three products look alike. It makes the hand-off between them feel intentional.
